We were thrilled to support Love Brum in bringing their "Curry King of Birmingham" charity event to life at Birmingham Botanical Gardens. This highly anticipated evening marked the first Curry King event since 2018, making it a memorable celebration for everyone involved.

Preparation started at our Birmingham HQ, where we  tested and checked all equipment to ensure everything was in perfect working order. Once ready, we transported everything to the Gardens and prepared to create an outstanding experience.

Our AV setup included two large 98” screens, a 40” comfort monitor, a Millumin laptop for presentations, and a wireless camera to capture key moments. We installed a sound system with D&B Q7 speakers, Shure wireless microphones, and a Pioneer CDJ kit for clear, high-quality audio.

To complete the setup, we designed a lighting plan using Portman P2 Evo light, Robe beams, Chauvet spots, and battery-powered uplighters to create a vibrant and adaptable ambiance.

We set up a scenic backdrop with a red carpet and rope-and-post entryway. A dedicated six-person team, led by our Project Manager James who kept everything running smoothly from setup through to the event’s end.

Love Brum shared  this feedback:

"The event was excellent. Thank you so much for partnering with us, James and the whole team were fantastic."
