That's a wrap! 

Elevate Season 8 has come to a close, and what an incredible journey it has been! Elevate is a dynamic and free mentoring programme specifically created to empower, uplift, and bring together individuals within the events industry, fostering a strong sense of community and collaboration among mentors and mentees alike. Through this programme, participants have not only gained valuable insights but have also built lasting professional relationships, creating a ripple effect of growth and support throughout the industry.

PSP has been thrilled to be a part of this impactful initiative, proudly serving as an official partner. We’ve had the pleasure of seeing members of our own team engage in the programme, with some taking on the role of mentors, others benefiting as mentees, and our Managing Director joining the advisory board to help shape and guide the programme’s direction. As a partner for this season's Elevate, we also had the privilege of providing complete AV solutions to ensure that all the in-person events ran seamlessly, contributing to the overall success of each gathering.

We spoke to one of Elevate founders, Max Fellows, who shared his thoughts on our involvement this season "We've been incredibly fortunate to have PSP as one of our primary partners for Elevate mentoring. Through PSP's practical AV support at our key events and learning sessions, as well as financial support, we've been able to bring initiatives such as our New Gen project to life and facilitate the main mentoring programme itself, which this year has benefited over 420 event professionals. Through our aligned values and mission, we look forward to supporting many more people and hopefully working with PSP in the future."

We also caught up with our Managing Director, David Woodcock, who shared his thoughts on the season: "We are incredibly proud to be a partner of Elevate Mentoring this season. This season alone saw 400 individuals go through the mentoring programme! The wrap party was a joyous occasion, and hearing about the positive impact this season has had on so many people was amazing. Elevate has lots of new initiatives coming out, and we are really excited about the New Gen programme. If you haven’t heard of Elevate Mentoring, I highly recommend getting involved next season!"
