In February we were delighted to support BCD Meetings and Events, who are a long-standing client to deliver this fantastic event held in the Capital Suites at London ExCel. 

This one-day conference saw 400 delegates enjoy a full day and night of entertainment with Paddy McGuinness hosting the evening! 

Working with the creative team at BCD, PSP provided visuals of the set and room to enable the clients to visualise the space ahead of the event day, along with all AV equipment and technical production for the event including video, sound, lighting and scenic.

With a real focus on sustainability a lot of consideration was given to the design, from use of stock set panels, to the printing process and recycling of materials. We also used digital signage as a flexible and sustainable alternative to print. The set comprised of twin projection screens using our Panasonic 12k laser projectors, with printed wrap foliage feature panels. All this was enhanced with Portman P1 LED Minis, Astera Tubes, Robe Viva’s, and Spike+ fixtures. The flexibility of the lighting design enabled us to quickly change the look from conference to the awards dinner. 

A crew of 15 technicians and carpenters and two technical project managers ensured the seamless technical delivery.
