Recently, PSP were delighted to host a Freelancer Forum at our B30 studios, where we welcomed our talented group of freelancers to spend the day with us. The day began with introductions to key aspects of our operations, providing freelancers with the opportunity to meet team members from various departments, including Finance and Project Support. These interactions offered valuable insights into our workflows, allowing freelancers to gain a deeper understanding of our processes and the collaborative nature of our work environment.

In the afternoon, we conducted specialised training sessions focusing on our latest technological investments, including Pixera and Riedel Bolero comms system. These sessions were designed to bring our freelancers up to speed with the most recent advancements in our equipment and software. The forum was an excellent opportunity for freelancers to connect, learn, and experience first-hand how we work, leaving them with a comprehensive feel for the standards and expectations at PSP.

To conclude the day, we hosted a social event in the evening, providing a relaxed atmosphere for further networking and conversation. Allowing our team and freelancers to connect, reinforcing relationships and fostering a strong sense of community within the PSP.

Our managing Director David Woodcock said “It’s always a pleasure to get our freelancers together at our Forum. To take some time to tell them about what we have been up to and most importantly get their feedback and input. It was a full-on day with presentations and workshops but we all really enjoyed it!”
