PSP Exhibitions was thrilled to help bring GovNet Communications’ HETT & Digi Gov 2024 events to life - running simultaneously for an impactful experience!
This approach was a new undertaking, and naturally, there were some initial concerns from all involved parties. However, PSP Exhibitions collaborated seamlessly with GovNet Organisers, operating like a well-oiled machine. With a project manager on each side and a dedicated crew of 24 overseeing the entire build for each show, we ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
Both shows were individually designed, for HETT, PSP provided AV support across 5 theatres, including digital signage, digital lecterns, and audio systems. For Digi Gov, which was being launched for the first time, we delivered AV solutions across 6 theatres, creating an engaging environment for all attendees.
We also managed the AV for 80 exhibition stands, with an onsite team for installation on-site support and de-rig.
Outside of this we had camera’s both static and roaming to allow for capture of speakers within their sessions and also vox pop interviews. We edited all recordings in house to align with client needs, capturing insights from speakers and reactions from attendees through on-the-spot interviews.
To enhance networking opportunities, we provided VIP areas with equipment for both a choir and a DJ.
We also prioritised inclusivity by installing hearing aid loops in all theatres and providing stage access ramps for speakers and presenters.
