Do you search based on industry sector? Finding a suitable AV supplier for pharmaceutical events can be very different to an AV company for awards ceremonies.
Or, do you choose your suppliers based solely on distance to the venue? It can often work out more cost effective if your budget is tight to source locally and avoid travel and accommodation premiums.
But how will you source your next AV supplier? Is it a quick-fire Google search? Do you ask around for recommendations? Do you use a DMC (Destination Management Company)? Or, do you use your usual supplier and take them with you?
