After 9 successful years delivering technical event production for the live IFC Conference for The Resource Alliance, PSP were asked to provide virtual event production for IFC Online 2020.
Working for RT Marketing, PSP looked after the branding and theming, provided pre-production studio services including pre-recorded presentations, presentation templates, lower thirds, animations, bumpers and logo intros.
For the 4 day event, we used Streaming Studio 2 here at PSP, where over the duration of the week we captured over 20 remote callers from 15 different countries. Keynote speakers included BLM Co-Founder, Janaya (Future) Khan, Nobel Peace Prize Winner, Muhammad Yunus, Director of Fundraising, Marketing & Media for the RNLI, Jayne George, and Author & Journalist, Peter Pomerantsev.
For the 1000 viewers, the engaging programme included keynote sessions, Q&A, breakouts, workshops, speed networking, games and even an evening awards ceremony.
The event was a success, with great feedback all round… But we can’t wait to be doing the live show again next year (Fingers Crossed!)
