Live / VirtualExhibitions

Back in January we were delighted to support our long-standing client Top Banana on the IFS Sales Kick Off 2024.

This  four-day event included several plenary sessions,, a networking dinner in the exhibition, a show stopping gala awards dinner, plus over 100 breakout meetings - all bringing the theme to life.

The Arora Ballroom featured a central 20.5m x 4m, which was flanked by two 5m x 4m Unilumin 2.6mm ground supported LED walls. Featuring custom curved scenery to create a curved display for Camera IMAG and custom content linked to the main LED screen. Top Banana created stunning content across the 17.9 million pixels! Two days of this incredible event was also streamed to remote audiences around the world.

We supplied Panasonic AK-HC3900 4K Broadcast cameras to capture presenters for the IMAG, records ISO’s and a sub-mix split out for the live stream of each session.

A selection of Robe moving lights were used in the main room, including Robe Viva CMY, Robe Spike+, Robe LEDBeam 150 and Robe Spiider LED WashBeams. SGM P5s were used to control the audience lighting and the ever-popular Portman P2 Hexaline were included as part of the floor-package for the evening awards and band. MDG ATMe haze generators were used to support the use of the moving lights, but not affect the room visibility for the camera.

Due to the growth of the event, IFS moved the exhibition into the newly opened Peninsula Ballroom. PSP supplied PA and lighting along a central truss in this ballroom to play out music/announcements and lighting control through the space. The area also included a silent disco headset theatre for various sponsor and exhibitor presentations throughout the week where we also supplied all mains distribution for the exhibitor stands.

17 Breakout spaces of various sizes were supported with AV, some including Teams meetings to allow delegates to view remotely. Our large inventory of different sized LED monitors meant we could give the various room sizes the best possible viewing experience.

For this event PSP took 65 crew, 70 local crew.  5 Artic’s for technical & scenic, plus seating and props.

Before the production PSP provided full CADS, visuals and supported on all site visits to ensure the event was delivered to the highest standard.

Steph at Top Banana said “ I wanted to say a massive thank you for all of your help over the past few months for IFS. I really do appreciate all of the work that you and your team put in to make sure everything is a success for us. I've had at least 25 of the IFS senior team message/email me to say thank you for everyone’s work, and almost every single one specifically references the backstage team and how impressed they are by the production quality”.
