PSP Exhibitions were delighted to support CloserStill Media with the 2023 London Vet Show which took place across multiple days in November at ExCel London.

The show was a big team operation where it saw us take 3 Artic trucks from our HQ here in Kings Norton Birmingham. The team headed on down to the Capital where we had a large 2 day build ahead of us, prior to us heading off our kit has a thorough check before it’s loaded on to the Artics to make sure the build and the show run as smooth as possible.

With the large scale of the job, we took 3 Project Managers who oversaw the whole process from the build to the derig, with 3 keynote theatres with over 1400 delegates and the main theatre having a huge LED wall, this really was a show of great scale.

There were 3 further designed sets with angled edges or feature strips and lighting, then a further 9 sets on the floor level with a mixture of projection or plasma screens of various sizes. And finally upstairs the gallery suites all with sets either projection or plasma. All theatres were recorded by our camera team. There were a total of 40 technicians and 23 local crew to build and run this show!

Our inhouse design team assisted with this exhibition by creating the visuals of the stages prior to the event and artwork which was presented on the screens all around the show.

Brodie the Head of Conference and Logistics at CloserStill Media has said “the show was such a success and we had so much feedback about how amazing the sets and AV was this year (best year yet some are saying!) …just wait until they see next year”.
