PSP Exhibitions was delighted to assist our long-standing partner, CloserStill Media, in bringing LT London & HR Tech to life!

This large-scale exhibition saw us transport two 40ft Arctics from our headquarters here in Birmingham, to the ExCeL in the capital. Prior to loading the trucks, we pride ourselves on our rigorous checkout process, ensuring that every piece of equipment works perfectly to help ensure your event runs smoothly.

We provided 2 keynote theatres and 7 show theatres with full AV production. Across the show, we had 8 cameramen, 26 digital signage displays, 20 induction loops as well as all 20 theatres receiving full support for records and post-show editing. Along with full AV support we also provided 80 exhibition screens, 34 show technicians, 10 prep technicians, and 12 Local Crew!

Working with the team at CloserStill Media, we designed bespoke set & stage options for the keynote theatres. We provided 3D visuals, CADs and artwork, which our in-house design team created prior to the exhibition taking place. Post show our in-house video editors will also download, encode and edit over 400 sessions from across the 2 show days.
