After a record breaking year for PSP, we are yet again investing in a nice selection of shiny new kit across each of the three disciplines – video, audio and lighting.

Our already extensive hire stock will be increased with the introduction of some more new 4K technology. Having purchased a stock of 4K Panasonic 86” and 98” monitors earlier in the year, along with another Barco E2 Gen2 and some 4K Image Pro II Scalers, our most recent investment has been in to a pair of new Panasonic AG-CX350 4K camera kits suitable for live camera relay, broadcasting and recording.

The audio department has also grown considerably over the past couple of months with the addition of over 40 new speakers form D&B and QSC and over 50 mics from Shure, including some additional Axient Digital wireless kits, goose neck mics and wireless headsets.

Finally, our lighting stock has also expanded with the addition of 40 new generic fixtures from Chauvet Professional, 30 movers from Robe, 40 battens from eLumen and 24 battery uplighters from Prolight, along with a selection of desks and accessories to go with.

It’s safe to say that the Warehouse and Operations teams have had a busy summer with stock taking, labelling and flight casing all the new kit, but with the Autumn period already looking super busy, it won’t be on the shelves very long!
