Tech show London 2025 is one of the more challenging events of 2025, PSP Exhibitions partnered with their client Closer Still Media and undertook this event at Excel over a four day period in March.
Our in-house design team created all stage and graphic designs, including five keynote sets, content for the mainstage walk-in tunnels, and a custom background for the main LED wall. The mainstage featured a 10m x 3m LED wall with a central screen and interactive side banners, all designed to exclude standardised sets to fit the high-tech theme of the event. Our studio team edited footage from the six camera-based theatres after the event.
The mainstage also included camera and prompting systems, with complete audio and lighting setups. One standout feature was the mainstage sign—cut from sustainable 16mm Xanita board and mounted on 3mm clear acrylic to create a floating effect, which contributed to our sustainability goals by using eco-friendly, recyclable materials The client loved it so much, they took it back to the office!
Mainstage lighting included Hyperion, Titan, and Helios tubes along with moving head lamps and front-of-house lighting.The further five other keynote stages each had a backlit logo with LED tape and twin screens, and all were filmed.
In total, the event included over 200 screens with turnkey solutions, 50 technicians (including six camera operators and three project managers), 39 local crew and 16 carpenters. Everything arrived on four artic trucks.
