PSP Exhibitions are incredibly proud of the long-standing partnership we have with CloserStill Media. As part of this we were delighted to help bring Tech Show 2024 to life! This show took place at the ExCel in London at the beginning of March, this two-day event took 4 build days. 

Leaving PSP HQ here in Kings Norton, Birmingham with 3 Arctics and 1 x 17 tonne loaded following an extensive check out. Here at PSP, we prep and check all our kit before we take it to site. The kit is built and tested as it will be used during the show, to ensure a smooth set up and delivery when we get to site. 

This massive operation saw us take 3 project managers who oversaw the entire project from the build to derig, alongside 33 Technicians, 14 Prep Crew, 32 Local Crew, 6 Cameramen and in total 3 Prep Days. 

We provided a mainstage theatre with a full technical set up alongside 5 funky keynotes, 11 smaller theatres, 200 screen hires, VIP areas and 2 green rooms! All of these helps make a spectacular Tech Show 2024! 

All the theatres were on our own network which helped us stream the first session of the opening morning from the mainstage to 3 other keynote theatres. Digital signage was utilised for all theatres and hearing aid loops to continue our accessibility path. 

With our inhouse creative design team, we were able to bring CloserStill Media visions to life, by creating a 3D visuals and artwork which was shared around the exhibit.
