PSP were pleased to deliver Apteco Live Online 2020 from our virtual event studios in Birmingham this Autumn.
The two day event saw over 500 remote viewers log on to our own bespoke platform, Virtual Event hosts, for a packed programme hosted by Managing Director of Apteco, James Alty. Keynote speakers included Dr Hannah Fry and Geoff Ramm.
Utilising our Green Screen Studio and Streaming Studio 1, the event included live software demos, panel discussions, 6 breakout sessions and live polling.
Our post event analytics demonstrated fantastic engagement with over 4,600 votes, 40 questions put to live panellists, posts on the social media wall, nearly 2,000 emoji reactions and an active ongoing chatroom throughout the event.
PSP were responsible for the full production of the virtual event. From the initial brief, we designed and created the virtual 3D world presentation environment, developed Apteco’s own customised event platform page, handled delegate registration, pre-recorded event footage in our vMix recording studios, handled pre-event technical rehearsals, moderated the platform functionalities during the event, managed the main and back up stream, and recorded and encoded all post event footage.
Apteco Live is usually hosted as an in person live event, and PSP were pleased to manage the revised virtual version for our new client. We can’t wait to work with them again on future virtual and live events projects.
“We couldn’t have found a better virtual event partner than PSP! From the very beginning of planning our first ever online conference, the team at PSP was there to support us and ensure that our annual conference was a success. Like many companies this year, we were suddenly faced with the challenge of moving to an online event and this meant that we had a steep learning curve to climb. PSP provided a full event service including account management, stage design, pre-recording and event platform preparation, all to an exceptional quality. Our delegates were delighted at how engaging and inclusive an online event could be and this is due to the support and technology provided by PSP.”
