Working with Latch Events, the Clean and Tidy Show at London ExCeL was a two-day event. This show  was aimed at bringing people together to share ideas, collaborate, and offer support in creating homes with more space, less clutter, and a greater sense of peace and organisation. It provided an opportunity for attendees to explore the latest solutions and innovations in home organisation and decluttering.

We supported every step of the process, starting with the design and creation of visuals, including an impressive main stage set featuring aesthetic hanging lights, uplighters, and front-of-house lighting. Accessibility was a key focus, with a feedback speaker for the BSL interpreter, subtitles integrated into all presentations, a hearing aid loop, and a ramp provided as standard. The main stage also included a camera setup for the awards section and the theatre was audio recorded throughout.

Three additional smaller areas were equipped with LED screens, laptops, clickers, PA systems, and radio microphones. Two of these spaces were recorded to capture key sessions for the client.

All sets were designed in-house by our creative team and we had our Video Editor Birgit on-site managing the filming process. She recorded the event in full and later edited the footage to create a comprehensive video for the client. This really added to the event and snippets were uploaded throughout the two day show onto their socials to capture the on-site atmosphere!
